- All Sales Are Final
 Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of many of our items, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect item selection, or dissatisfaction with the product once received.
- Damaged or Defective Items
 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly investigate the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.

 Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Requests made after 48 hours from delivery
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or handling
- Orders refused at the time of Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery Orders
 Since all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is made at the time of delivery. No pre-payment is required. Refunds for eligible COD orders will be issued through bank transfer only.
